AGLC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Environment Analyst in St. Albert to enhance our IT governance. Oversee non-production environments ensuring stability and security while aligning with enterprise releases.
This permanent, full-time role within the Information Technology Division requires exceptional organizational abilities. As a QA Setting Analyst, you will manage lifecycles of non-production environments, coordinate scheduling, and ensure readiness for testing. Strong analytical skills and relationship management are crucial to facilitate communication across teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage non-production environments' lifecycle planning and scheduling • Maintain master calendars for provisioning and planned downtime • Coordinate creation and maintenance of test data and accounts • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively • Facilitate go/no-go discussions for release readiness
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or IT • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Excellent relationship management abilities • Detail-oriented with organizational excellence • Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and relevant tools
