Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety management systems
• Co-Chair the Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings




• Administer disability and group benefit claims
• Prepare monthly health and safety reports
• Educate employees on advantages and wellness programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education; HR diploma is a strong asset
• 3+ years in Health & Safety and benefits management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dayforce
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in disability management preferred
