Tacora Resources Inc. is seeking a qualified 2nd Class Power Engineer Supervisor to oversee the Steam Plant operations at our Scully Mine facility. This position requires experience in mining operations, safety protocols, and staff supervision. The role involves implementing safety programs, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and efficient Steam Plant operations
• Mentor and guide staff in their development
• Assist in annual maintenance planning and execution




• Manage routine and emergency maintenance work
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
• 2nd Class Power Engineering certificate or progress towards it
• Previous supervisory experience in high-pressure steam
• Robust communication and training skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
