Restaurant Manager

Our long-standing downtown Calgary restaurant is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

- * Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- * Lead the front-of-house team to provide a seamless, high-quality dining experience
- * Maintain and enforce exceptional service standards
- * Engage with guests, addressing concerns and ensuring service recovery when needed
- * Team Leadership & Development:
- * Act as a role model for professionalism and hospitality excellence
- * Support hiring, training, coaching and performance management of the FOH team
- * Foster a positive, high-energy and team-oriented culture
- * Operations & Floor Management:
- * Ensure smooth service by effectively managing staff, table flow, and reservations
- * Assist with scheduling, labor management, and maintaining operational efficiency
- * Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain communication and service consistency
- * Business & Sales Focus:
- * Help drive sales through strong service execution and upselling techniques
- * Maintain product knowledge, including menu offerings and beverage pairings
- * Support senior management in achieving business goals and guest satisfaction targets

What We?re Looking For:





- * Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- * Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team leadership
- * Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to lead under pressure
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- * Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced service environment
- * A desire to develop and grow into a senior management role
