As a Maintenance Porter at Atria, you will support cleanliness and safety in our communities by handling various maintenance tasks. Your focus will be on cleaning offices, apartments, and common areas, alongside maintaining grounds and landscaping. Ideal candidates are capable of following safety protocols and performing basic maintenance duties, ensuring our facilities remain attractive and operational.

Key Responsibilities:



• Clean and maintain business offices and common areas • Perform floor care services for various surfaces • Compact and dispose of community trash • Maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks and gardens • Notify management about repairs needed promptly

Requirements: • Successfully complete all Atria specified training • Ability to work versatile shifts as needed • Understanding of basic math for operational tasks • Proficient in using hand tools and cleaning equipment • Understand English safety instructions clearly
