In this role, you'll work closely with individuals, couples, and/or families, providing thoughtful assessments, accurate diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy tailored to each client's needs. You'll conduct intakes, create and adjust treatment plans, keep clear and timely documentation, and collaborate on referrals when helpful. You'll manage your own caseload while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards, and you may also contribute through consultation, supervision, or specialty services depending on your interests and experience.This role can be based out of any of our offices: downtown or midtown Toronto, Mississauga, or Hamilton.Provide formal assessments and diagnostic assessments (DSM-V-TR), written reports,



and recommendations for adultsProvide psychotherapy interventions to adults and/or couplesComplete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely fashionWork independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide both assessment and treatment servicesProvide consultation regarding psychological services to individuals, families, partner agencies, and the interdisciplinary teamMaintain high level of professional practice standards and ethicsWhat you bringM.A., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical PsychologyMember in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)3+ years of clinical experience, post-registrationDemonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis and formulation, consultation; knowledge of typical and atypical lifespan development; experience with a broadrange of psychometric tools and principles; and statistical knowledgeDemonstrated experience working with adults, and experience participating on an interdisciplinary teamExcellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skillsProficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applicationsA stable high-speed internet connection, a private home office,
