Key Responsibilities:
• Provide upkeep for Housing Department facilities
• Operate equipment for landscaping and maintenance tasks
• Execute minor electrical and heavy equipment repairs
• Maintain detailed logs of work and repairs
• Interact politely with tenants and contractors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license (G or DZ) is essential
• Understanding of maintenance practices is favorable
• Comfortability working outdoors in various conditions
• Experience with power tools and machinery needed
