Tactical Reserve Team – Security Officer(Client Service Team)
Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland.
Training Provided
Site-specific orientation
Exposure to SOPs / Security Operational Plans
Duties
Protect project assets and critical infrastructure
Monitor laydown and construction areas
Perform access control duties
Detect and report suspicious activity
Complete detailed notebook entries and incident reports
Maintain a professional and visible security presence
Respond to emergencies and security incidents
Requirements
Valid BC Security Worker License
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
BST Certification
BFA Certification
Military, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure experience
Previous overnight security experience
LMS & site-specific specialized training
Priority access to BC Hydro special coverage assignments
Opportunity to join Specialize Units
Pathway to permanent role assignments
Exposure to critical infrastructure and high-profile security operations
