Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support PSWs and HSWs

• Assist in clinical documentation and submissions
Requirements:
• RPN registration with no restrictions in Ontario
• 5+ years of experience as an RPN
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of community nursing principles
• Access to reliable transportation is required
