Additionally, when winter rolls around, snow clearing will be essential to keep the driveway and pathways clear and protected. Most the time neighbor does bulk of driveway clearing. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in maintaining the property during my absence. I definitely wouldn't expect a person to drive out here during a snow event, but once highways clear and driving is safe.
