Key Responsibilities: • Direct concrete placement ensuring proper grading • Operate vibrators for concrete compaction • Fill hollows and achieve desired finishes • Instruct apprentices and oversee their work • Repair and maintain concrete sections as necessary

Requirements: • Secondary school graduation certificate • Minimum of 1 year field experience • Capacity to work physically demanding tasks • Willing to relocate for job requirements • Must understand blueprints and specifications
