We're looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny starting January 2027, primarily for our 9-month-old. We also have 7-year-old twins who are in school from 8:00–2:30, so there may occasionally be some care for them depending on the schedule. We're located in Winston Heights, Calgary.We anticipate 5–10 hours/week starting in January, increasing to 15–20 hours/week by April as I transition back to work. We have flexibility in how the hours are structured (for example, 8:00 a.M.–1:30 p.M.) and are happy to work around the right person's schedule. We're planners and prefer to schedule childcare well in advance, ideally months ahead. Grandma is also very involved and covers certain days,
