As a temporary full-time employee at Prince of Peace, you report to the General Manager and lead the occupancy strategies while supporting families in the leasing journey. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to foster tenant engagement in various community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tours for potential residents and families
• Serve as a primary contact for leasing inquiries
• Respond to online and telephone leasing inquiries
• Maintain show suites to ensure they are move-in ready
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of leasing experience or 5-7 years in sales
• Experience working with seniors is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a explicit abstract
• Proficient in English communication
