The schedule for this position is 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.The role of the Safety & Training Manager is to promote safety culture across all LSG sites. Compliance with regulations and ensuring safety program implementation is paramount.Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Safety & Training Manager will have the following responsibilities:Foster and promote a positive safety culture across the site.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of site Safety and Training programs.Deliver and support training related to mine site secure operating procedures, while contributing to procedure reviews, updates, and improvements.Ensure site training programs are effectively structured, documented, and aligned with corporate standards and guidance.Develop, manage, and monitor the Safety and Training budget.Oversee the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of training compliance for employees, contractors,
