This role at Huron Lodge is integral to supporting the physical and emotional needs of residents. You will document resident conditions, participate in restorative care programs, and assist in forming individualized care plans. Communication with residents and families in a respectful manner is key to fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality nursing care to residents' needs
• Document and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist in restorative care activities for optimal well-being




• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in residents’ environment
• Attend mandatory in-service training and complete safety duties
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
• Completed Personal Support Worker program or nursing qualifications
• Over three months' experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Commitment to ongoing education and training
