This includes IT architecture and governance, application services, infrastructure services, process improvement, and automation to help PSG division sites achieve strategic goals.DESCRIPTION Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the ERP Business Transformation Lead, the Senior ERP Business Analyst serves as the functional solution lead for Supply Chain ERP initiatives.This role partners with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes,



and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives. Act as the functional lead for SAP Supply Chain projects by providing expertise across materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, receiving, warehouse operations, quality management and related integrations. Guide solution design, resolve complex business process issues, and ensure solutions leverage SAP best practices while supporting operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Assist in prioritizing business technology projects, ensuring alignment with technology that maximizes return on investment, and linking IT strategy with overall business/service line strategy. Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain business teams and IT, ensuring business priorities are understood, functional requirements are clearly documented, and delivered solutions meet operational and compliance requirements.
