Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a 3 to 6-month contract. This hands-on role focuses on building structure, enhancing processes, and driving employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to stabilize HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers and employees
• Conduct workplace investigations and support resolutions

Requirements:
• 7+ years in HR, including HR Business Partner experience
