Catholic Family Services of Toronto is hiring a Family Life-Community Liaison Worker to lead marriage preparation initiatives and community workshops, enhancing family health and support in a full-time hybrid position.

In this role, you will deliver critical Family Life Programs and facilitate various workshops to support couples and families. Your responsibilities will also include administration, statistical reporting, and collaboration with clergy to ensure effective service delivery. The combination of evening and weekend work makes this position ideal for flexible candidates passionate about community service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct Catholic Marriage Preparation and Re-Marriage courses • Lead psychoeducational workshops for community engagement • Provide system navigation support for families • Liaise with clergy to coordinate service delivery • Prepare reports to meet funding requirements

Requirements: • Qualifications in social services or related fields • Familiarity with Catholic spiritual settings • Robust adult education and group methodology skills • Experience with mental health and family dynamics is beneficial • Must possess a valid driver’s license
