Enhance mental health support as a Psychology Associate with Shared Health in Winnipeg. This in-person role focuses on child and adolescent treatments and evidence-based psychological interventions.
The Psychology Associate position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology and a minimum of five years of clinical experience with children and adolescents. You will administer psychological tests, interpret results, and provide structured interventions for common problems in childhood. This role also emphasizes communication skills and a foundational understanding of developmental psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and interpret standardized psychological tests • Provide structured evidence-based psychological interventions • Conduct clinical interviews with patients and families • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care • Assist in psychoeducation for common childhood issues
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Psychology from a recognized university • Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience • Registration with Psychological Association of Manitoba preferred • Extensive knowledge of psychological assessment procedures • Ability to communicate in French is an asset
