Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure timely invoicing and effective delivery coordination
• Suggest alternative products and assist customers in purchasing




• Foster positive relationships with clients and the Outside Sales team
• Handle customer feedback and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• At least two years in customer service roles
• Comprehensive understanding of the paper distribution industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
