This Team Lead role involves operating a sheet extrusion line within a dynamic production team. Candidates with prior experience in plastics extrusion, automation, and leadership are preferred. You'll manage all aspects of machinery operation, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the shifts.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate and set up extrusion machinery safely and efficiently • Initiate and control production lines including extruders and winders • Feed resin materials and operate auxiliary equipment effectively • Change tapes and handle fabric rolls with cranes • Shutdown production lines and manage cooling temperatures
