ThekeyfunctionsoftheSTCProjectCoordinatorrolearethecoordinationandmanagementofelectronicsecurityinstallationprojects.TheInstallationCoordinatoralsomanagesvariousstagesoftheinstallationprocessfromordervisibilitytoon-timedeliverytoinstallationtoorderclosure.Thesebusinessactivitiesincludeinterfacingdirectlywithcustomers,coordinatingprojectimplementationdeliverablesfromstarttofinishincoordinationwiththeRegionalInstallationManager,ProjectManagersand/orDirector Installation Operations Canada,interfacingwithinternaltechnicianresourcesandsubcontractors,establishingandmeetinginstallationprojectschedules,orderingpartsasneeded,anddrivingcustomersatisfaction.TheInstallationCoordinatorreportstotheDistrictInstallationManager.

MajorDutiesandResponsibilities





- SchedulingofInstallationTechnicianstoensurejobsareprioritizedtomeetrequirescustomercompletiondateswithDistrictInstallManagerandProjectManagersupport.
- Driveinstallationprocessforallordersassignedfromstarttofinish,workinginclosealignmentwithProjectManagersandfieldleadership
- CoordinationwithPMsspecifictosubcontractorsschedules,includingthetrackingofarrivalsanddeparturesto/fromcustomersites.
- ReviewallnewordersassignedforCustomerContactInformation,ScopeofWork,andTraditional/TISallowances.
- WorkscloselyastheprimarycustomercontacttoobtaingoodCustomerCompletionDates(CCD)anddetermineaccurateProjectedStartDates(PSD)whenassignedthisrolebytheDistrictInstallManager.
- MaintainElectronicInstallationFoldersforallassignedorders.
- Manage
