You will supervise staff, manage programs, and liaise with different CVRD departments and external organizations. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee current and long-range planning operations • Supervise staff and mentor team members • Act as a liaison with land use and external agencies • Support customer service in development application processes • Ensure compliance with planning regulations and standards

Requirements: • University degree and graduate degree in related field • Minimum five years of relevant experience in BC local governments • Full membership with Canadian Institute of Planners • Two years of staff mentoring and supervision experience • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
