Become a pivotal Senior Therapist responsible for clinical supervision and effective program management. This role focuses on conducting assessments, training, and supporting instructor therapists in their duties.
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will not only assess and develop behavioral plans but also guarantee the delivery of high-quality services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your strong foundation in Applied Behaviour Analysis will be instrumental in managing program adjustments and conducting staff evaluations, enhancing their capabilities through mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curriculum development and program adjustments • Provide clinical supervision and staff training • Facilitate parent training and meetings for progress review • Collaborate with transition teams and other specialists • Maintain administrative functions to support service delivery
Requirements: • Master’s degree or nearing completion with significant experience • Minimum 3 years' experience with ABA intervention • Robust skills in clinical supervision and assessment • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel • Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening required
