About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Merchandising to join its executive leadership team. Key responsibilities include owning the product strategy, leading the private label strategy and growth, and driving category management to enhance commercial performance. The role also involves cross-functional integration, team leadership,

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' experience in senior merchandising roles within complex, multi-category retail environments, with a proven track record in private label strategy and merchandising. They should be a genuine merchant with a passion for the shop floor, a strategic leader with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and a champion of a customer-centric, food experience. Critical leadership capabilities include driving results, collaborating, and influencing, and leading people. The role requires a candidate with a strong educational background, an advanced degree is preferred, and a set of personal characteristics that include high integrity, a robust intellect, well-developed emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and a servant leadership approach.
