Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct thorough assessments and triage of patients • Provide wound care and perform foot care • Administer immunizations and manage medications • Assist medical providers with procedures • Advocate for clients and coordinate care services

Requirements: • Current registration with CLPNA and CPR certification • Vulnerable sector check and suitable criminal record check • Experience serving marginalized populations is preferred • Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with MedAccess EMR software is an asset
