Step into an enriching role as an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) at the SȽEȽEMW̱ Child Development Center, located in WSÁNEĆ traditional territories near Victoria, B.C. Support children’s development through quality programming in a safe, nurturing setting.

You will assist in delivering care for infants, toddlers, or children aged 3 to 5 years as required. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you will adhere to Child Care Licensing Regulations while ensuring health, safety, and nutrition standards for the children. Requirements: • EC Assistant Certificate is mandatory • Minimum one year relevant experience required • Valid Child First Aid and CPR Certificates • Criminal Record Check and BC Class 5 Driver’s License • Preference for candidates of First Nations Ancestry
