What are your contributions to the team?

- Identify the needs of the various sectors of the plant and translate them into projects for layout, infrastructure, or facility improvements.
- Develop and recommend safe, cutting-edge solutions tailored to the needs of internal clients and operations.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from needs assessment to commissioning, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Simultaneously lead multiple projects and initiatives, balancing competing priorities, operational constraints, and company objectives. A
- ct as a central point of contact between internal clients, internal teams, contractors, and management to facilitate decision-making and project execution.
- Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality,



and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and performance of the facilities.
- Anticipate risks, constraints, and operational impacts to ensure project success and business continuity.
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage projects involving the addition, replacement, or relocation of production equipment, infrastructure improvements, workspace design, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.
