DESCRIPTION Own product/service marketing strategy and execution leadership for the Cell Therapy portfolio, ensuring strong market insight, positioning, and GTM delivery.LOCATION: This is onsite Marketing position available for hire at our sites in Grand Island, NY, Waltham, MA, Miami, FL, Hunt Valley, MD, or Morrisville, NC. Residency within commuting distance to any of these site is required. No relocation assistance will be provided. Market & customer insight: Own market assessment, competitive landscape, and customer needsPartner with centralized VOC/market research for prioritized insightsTranslate insights into clear growth opportunitiesPositioning, messaging & content briefs: Define segmentation, ICP, value proposition,



and customer messagingDevelop customer journey and content strategyCreate clear briefs for technical/content shared servicesGo-to-market planning: Develop GTM tactical plans for NPI launches, campaigns, and key initiativesCoordinate with demand gen/events/marcom for executionEnsure alignment with product management and commercial teamsSales enablement inputs & feedback loop: Develop sales playbooks/training/tools with support from enablementCapture field/customer feedback and refine messagingSupport key customer engagements as neededREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience in marketing in life sciences or related industryPreferred Fields of Study: Life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related fieldStrong expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaignsDemonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messagingStrong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple prioritiesExperience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media,



and marketing automation platformsStrong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrix organizationsDeep understanding of marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, segmentation, value proposition developmentExperience developing sales enablement tools and customer-facing materialsKnowledge of life science research markets and competitor landscape preferredAbility to travel up to 25%Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation/CRM platformsBusiness acumen with customer-centric mindsetCompensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $104,000.00–$154,100.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
