Become a crucial part of the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board as a Utility Worker at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall. This part time role covers maintenance, repairs, and operational support for school facilities.

The position offers a temporary schedule of 20 hours per week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday to Friday. Candidates should have a secondary school diploma along with four years of experience in trades maintenance, or relevant trade school education with two years of experience. You will ensure safe, productive facility operations while tackling various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform adjustments and minor repairs on heating and plumbing systems • Support school operations,



including lawn mowing and snow removal • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • Operate small motors like lawnmowers and snow blowers • Adhere to health and safety regulations and building codes

Requirements: • Secondary school diploma and 4 years experience • Skills in problem-solving and communication • Good physical ability for lifting and moving equipment • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work • Willingness to work afternoon shifts occasionally
