As an Arena Attendant with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at the arena for members of the Canadian Armed Forces community. Maintain facilities and engage with visitors daily.

This role includes overseeing the upkeep of the ice rink and ensuring that dressing rooms and equipment are prepared for use. You’ll also manage visitor access and respond to inquiries. Enjoy a rewarding atmosphere where your efforts support the recreational activities of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain rink conditions and readiness of facilities • Organize equipment and prepare dressing rooms for users • Monitor facility access and greet visitors warmly • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Provide responsive customer service for inquiries

Requirements: • High school diploma with relevant experience preferred • Current CPR and First Aid certifications • Experience in ice rink operation and maintenance • Solid customer service orientation • Capable of working independently and taking initiative
