THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Bowling Alley Supervisor, the Bowling Alley Attendant monitors the facility, ensures the alleys are ready for use and schedules the use of the facility. They perform routine maintenance and safety inspections, monitors equipment returns and ensures the cleanliness of the facility. They are also responsible for completing all accident reports, taking food and beverage orders, collecting fees and preparing cash deposits.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some years experience in related field
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Nova Scotia (19 years old)
Experience
in cash handling
in providing customer service

OTHER INFORMATION
This process includes a police records check for service with the vulnerable sector.
This position may be required to work evenings and weekends.
This is a casual position working no more than (13 1/3 or 12 ½) hours per week. Casual employees are hired on a temporary basis for a fixed period of time not exceeding twelve months. A new contract can be issued without a break in service.

Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.
