From new and used equipment sales to rentals, maintenance, and parts support, this is a business that keeps BC's warehouses, ports, and job sites running.

We are currently hiring a Parts Associate to be the go-to person keeping technicians stocked, customers happy, and the parts counter humming.

What are the Responsibilities?

This isn't a desk job where you disappear into a stockroom. You'll be the hub connecting customers, technicians, and inventory:





- Fielding calls and helping customers at the parts counter, tracking down exactly what they need
- Processing orders and getting parts shipped out the door
- Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, keeping inventory accurate in the system
- Helping prepare quotes and review documentation for billing and restocking
- Keeping road technicians' trucks stocked and ready to roll
- Issuing parts to technicians on the shop floor

What are the Requirements?

- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Bonus points if you already know your way around material handling parts and accessories
- Comfortable in Excel and juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
- A customer-first mindset and a team-player attitude
- An eye for detail — accurate records matter here
- The kind of person who builds good working relationships with everyone they deal with
