In this full-time position, you will oversee the preparation and compliance of financial statements while ensuring rigorous internal controls. Your role involves engaging with the operations team and ownership, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning through accurate job costing and financial reporting. You will also play a key role in mentoring the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and compliance • Manage budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis • Supervise internal financial controls and sales tax reporting • Lead the accounting team to enhance operational efficiency • Support management with insightful financial analysis

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance roles • In-depth understanding of tax regulations and GAAP • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software • Solid analytical and leadership abilities
