Actively adjust claims while maximizing business development opportunities Market and follow up on opportunities in a timely manner Promptly contact and follow up with policyholders and claimants Investigate claim causes and report findings and recommendations to clients Use supplied technology, including Docusketch, to scope and establish damage quantum Identify exposures and recommend reserves and required investigations Prepare action plans and negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements Provide a high level of customer service to clients and insured parties throughout the claims process Participate in after-hours customer service when required Perform assigned duties in compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures Requirements

Completion of high school education University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance will be given preference Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive) At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting Must be able to immediately qualify for a level 1 SK adjuster's license Ongoing commitment to education and learning Preferably pursuing CIP designation Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them Ability to interpret complex legal documents Ability to perform and understand advanced numerical calculations,
