Completion of a college or CEGEP program in Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food production, food manufacturing, or a related production environment Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team Robust verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sauce production activities and ensure that production work is carried out safely and according to established procedures. Create production schedules, organize staff assignments,



and coordinate the work of production employees to maintain efficient operations. Monitor workplace and food production practices to identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate safety and food-handling procedures are followed. Prepare production records, operational reports, and other documentation related to daily manufacturing activities. Review production performance and product quality, and recommend practical changes to improve efficiency and reduce production issues. Coordinate production activities with other work areas to ensure orders and scheduled production are completed on time. Arrange for the purchase or ordering of raw materials, packaging supplies, equipment, and other items required for production.
