analyst briefings.Skill RequirementsTechnical Skills in one or more of the following areasRetail and CPG domain expertise in areas of E-Commerce, Stores, OMS, SCM, WMS etc.Expertise in any ERP packages (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/O9/Blue Yonder etc.) in Supply Chain/ Finance/Sales & Marketing etc. will be an advantage.Expertise in Front End Systems like Salesforce/Commerce Tools/Shopify, expertise in building and evaluating MACH architecture with integration with OMS, DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems etc.Expertise in Operating Model transformation with working knowledge of Agile, Kanban, DevOps methodologiesExpertise in Migration to Cloud (Any Hyperscalar: GCP, AWS, Azure)Expertise of AI/ML models especially building RCPG use cases like Promotions, Demand Forecasting etc.At HCLTech, you'll supercharge your potential.
