In this role, the successful candidate will report to the firm’s Director of Finance and process all AP/AR using the firm’s accounting system. In addition, the AP/AR Associate will assist the accounting and finance team in other aspects of managing the accounting responsibilities for the firm.Primary Responsibilities- Manage the accounts payable process, including coding and posting invoices, reconciling vendor statements and processing payment runs.- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including recording and applying payments, sending invoices, and reconciling accounts.- Manage the accounts payable and receivable systems, ensuring data is entered correctly and promptly.- Respond to vendor and client inquiries, resolving any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.- Assist with the preparation of month-end reports, including accounts payable and receivable aging reports- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operationsKey Attributes- Proven client service orientation – you get energy from helping people.- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to prioritize, multi-task,
