Key Responsibilities:
• Address user questions about services and billing
• Manage daily portfolio operations and tenant needs
• Collaborate on waste reduction initiatives and events
• Assist in completing property information requests
• Uphold safety and security procedures
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in a customer-focused administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid skills in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Yardi is an advantage
