The candidate must prepare engineering designs and drawings.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing design sketches.

The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

The candidate must complete documentation packages and drawing sets.

The candidate must read and interpret blueprints.

The candidate must examine drawings for conformity and errors.

The candidate must consult with the client, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must have AutoCAD Certification, Drafting (Architectural)



Trade Certification and Steel detailing Certification.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The candidate must be well-organized.

The candidate should be a good team player.

The types of draftings are shop drawings, detailing drafting, and presentation drawings.
