• Oversee day-to-day staff supervision in the unit • Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team • Communicate effectively with families regarding care • Maintain high standards of nursing practice • Support and contribute to a resident-centred care approach

Requirements: • Registered Practical Nurse with current CNO certification • Relevant nursing experience preferred • Valid CPR Certificate and police reference check • Strong leadership and judgment skills • Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
