Join YWCA as a part time Youth Support Worker, supporting youth aged 11 to 15 in a transitional home. This role focuses on empowerment and ensuring that youth develop vital life choices.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will engage with clients, helping them overcome barriers to independence. The position requires solid experience in human services, knowledge of indigenous culture, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries. This role is critical in guiding young clients toward self-sufficiency and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and assist with career goals and job search strategies • Ensure a secure and clean home environment • Cook and prepare meals for young residents • Document daily activities and client progress • Provide support and advocacy for client needs

Requirements: • Must hold a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers Licence • Experience working with youth with mental health challenges • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
