Desired Competencies:

- SimCorp Dimension
- Experience with the support and integration of investment/portfolio accounting and investment management systems
- Knowledge of Batch/DFS (Data Format Set Ups)/DEX (Data Extract) configuration within the application
- Experience with Static data set up and maintenance (security, pricing, model portfolio)
- In depth knowledge of Performance, Treasury and Accounting modules
- Experience with handling Corporate Action events
- Understanding of full trade life cycle including settlements and custody holdings reconciliations

- IT Specific

- Experience in supporting processes that are mission critical and time sensitive
- Proactively identifies, tracks,



manages and resolves technical issues identified through testing and day to day use of the supported platforms
- Broader knowledge in various technologies: Oracle, Linux/Windows based scripting, IBM DataStage, IBM WebSphere MQ, Software AG webMethods.
- Working experience with virtualized server monitoring tools such as WMware vSphere
- Experience with application performance monitoring and tuning
- Takes part in an on-call rotation for after hour support of end of day batch cycles
- Ensures that the application is operating within service levels and partners with Technology Services to investigate and resolve SLA issues
- Helps to define and collect metrics to give a sense of how application systems and databases are performing and proactively mitigates symptoms
