Sri's family in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an elder care and occasional supplemental care provider for their loved ones.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and versatile Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Attendant Caregiver for a private home setting. This role primarily focuses on providing companionship, personal care, and mobility support for a senior matriarch, along with supplementary care for a second male adult family member who uses a wheelchair. Light housekeeping and laundry duties are also included.This position is currently part-time/full-time live-out, with the opportunity to transition into a live-in position upon mutual fit.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Care & Companionship (Senior Family Member)Provide engaging companionship, including accompanying her on local outings and staying with her while family is away.Assist with personal support worker (PSW) duties, including toileting, evening routine/getting into bed, and guiding range-of-motion (ROM) exercises.Secondary Care & Assistance (Adult Wheelchair User)Provide occasional supervision during family errands or short absences.Household SupportMaintain primary responsibility for cleaning and organizing the primary care recipient's bedroom and bathroom.Manage personal laundry for primary care recipient.Assist with light household duties (e.G., tidying common areas, light meal prep assistance).Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in personal care,
