In the Student Development and Counselling department, you will be instrumental in providing various counselling services to SAIT students. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide crisis counselling and academic support
• Assess risks and provide tailored interventions
• Lead crisis debriefings post-incident
• Develop workshops that support student wellness
• Consult with SAIT staff regarding student mental health
Requirements:
• Must possess a Master’s degree in Psychology or Clinical Social Work
• 2-3 years related experience in crisis management
• Active registration with a professional body in Alberta
• Experience within post-secondary institutions
• Required liability coverage
