• Manage site workbook to fill vacant shifts
• Coordinate attendance records and fill shift gaps
• Prepare daily assignment sheets for departments
• Communicate staffing status and issues with management
• Input and verify relief staff hours in Kronos
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years' experience in scheduling or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
