Insight Global is looking for an HSE Manager for a large construction and technology services company.

As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager (Building Group), you will:

- Develop policies, strategies, standards, internal controls, technical systems, and tools that help centrally manage risk and improve HSE performance across the organization and its projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an HSE management system that supports compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations, and codes across all company operations and assets.
- Support incident reporting and investigations. Compile, analyze, interpret, and report on incident trends to Senior Leaders and the VP, HSE.
- Support building operations by working closely with Facilities Managers to ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws and regulations, including conducting routine audits.
- Develop initiatives, programs, and tools that support awareness and strengthen the organization's safety culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business lines to identify best practices and innovative ideas that drive continuous improvement.
- Build practical,



operations-focused tools and procedures that improve safety and compliance.
- Possess a robust understanding of HSE management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply technical expertise to drive continuous process improvement while maintaining the highest levels of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a desire to contribute to a company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, client-first, results-oriented culture.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in construction, safety, environmental, or compliance roles.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

- First Aid Certificate.
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification.
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation preferred.

Starting Salary: $120,000

Location: Richmond, BC
