Overview General Manager (GM) General Manager – Boston Pizza Cranbrook

$37 per hour

Key Requirements:

Minimum **4 years** experience as General Manager in **sit-down full-service dining and lounge/bar** operations.

Proven ability to run a large team of **58-65 employees** with **24+ staff** on the floor at once.

Strong leadership in both Front of House and Kitchen operations.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will be responsible for full restaurant operations, sales, cost control, team development, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
