Requirements: • 5-8 years’ call in Ontario with relevant experience • In-depth knowledge of the Insurance Act and Civil Procedure • Proven skills in file management and litigation strategies • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and legal technology
