Join Gambles Group as an AZ Driver, ensuring the protected shipment of high-quality produce across Ontario. This part-time role requires weekend availability and a commitment to customer service.
As you report to the Transportation Manager, your focus will be on the timely and secure delivery of produce. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as mornings and weekend shifts characterize this role. You'll represent Gambles during each delivery while adhering to all safety policies and procedures for handling food products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of produce around the GTA
• Safely manage loading and unloading of products
• Use equipment responsibly, including Manual Trucks
• Document all deliveries in the logbook accurately
• Report food safety or quality issues as they arise
Requirements:
• Must possess valid AZ/DZ driver’s license with air brake endorsement
• Successful completion of Gambles Drive Test
• Clean driver's abstract required
• Customer service and documentation skills are essential
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in cold environments
